This is not a tool-training course. It is an eight-week leadership development experience built around the organizational decisions that become harder as AI gets more capable: how work changes, what humans should own, how leaders orchestrate human-AI systems, which capabilities grow in value, and how an organization keeps adapting without exhausting itself.
