"If you know me, you know I’m an introvert. But this year, I made a promise to step outside my comfort zone, show up in rooms where I didn’t know a soul, and embrace new opportunities to learn and connect.
Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the AI Powered Women Summit at MIT—a room filled with brilliant minds diving into the critical topics around AI and exploring how to harness it responsibly in practical, impactful ways.
The conversations were powerful and urgent, reminding me that while AI has so much potential, it also comes with serious risks—algorithmic bias, discrimination, and the exclusion of marginalized voices.
Sitting in that room, listening to these powerful women, I felt deeply grateful to the organizers Business to Human and Innovation Women, to the speakers, and to every woman pushing to make AI a force for equity rather than inequality.
