AI-Powered Women Academy
Upskill in AI. Strengthen your spirit. Lead with your whole self — together with women changemakers.
What's Next After MIT?
At MIT earlier this month, we experienced something powerful: women coming together around AI not just to learn tools, but to reimagine leadership, business, and humanity itself. The atmosphere we co-created together was transformational.Â
Many of you asked: what’s next? How do we ensure continuity, deepen the network, and keep building on the energy we created together?
The AI-Powered Women Academy goes live October 14th and is the natural next step: it carries that spirit forward into a year-round journey of mastery, reflection, and connection — until we gather again at MIT on September 12–13, 2026 (mark your calendar — early bird tickets launch this fall!).
A New Type of AI Learning and Leadership Transformation
Unlike other AI programs and communities that stop at skills or networking, our Academy is a new category of learning and transformation — a year-round ecosystem that builds on the energy of our MIT Conference and Human-Centered AI Leadership Certification, guided by many of the same world-class teachers and thought leaders. This is a space where women are guided through an evolving curriculum of programs and experiences designed to nurture growth personally, professionally, emotionally and spiritually:
AI Up-skilling for Future-Proof Leadership
Gain practical AI skills, cross-industry insights, and leadership tools that save time, drive growth, and position you as a future-ready leader. With weekly tools, monthly mastery, and evolving resources, you’ll always stay ahead of the curve.
Human-Centered Leadership for Responsible Innovation
Develop resilience, prevent burnout, and lead with clarity and compassion. Through wellness, spirituality, and reflection practices, you’ll learn to integrate human values into innovation and bring your highest self to the technology you create and use.
Community of Women Change Makers
Belong to a global network of like-minded women leaders who are shaping how AI advances business, society, and humanity. Together, we co-create real-time impact and support one another in the ongoing journey of personal, professional, and collective transformation.
This is your opportunity to stay connected to the momentum of the conference and integrate it into your daily life — while building the future alongside women leaders worldwide.
Step into a membership designed to evolve every part of you—personally, professionally, emotionally and soulfully.Â
