AI-Powered Women Conference
Where the Intelligence of Machines Meets the Depth of Human Experience
AI is not just changing technology - It is reshaping power, labor, leadership, identity, governance, and the future of human society itself. AI-Powered Women exists to provide a transformational leadership experience designed to help attendees consciously shape the future of AI.
Across two days on campus at MIT, immerse yourself in four experiential environments — the Leadership Lab, Tinkering Lab, Consciousness Lab, and Innovation Lab — blending visionary talks, hands-on AI building, governance simulations, contemplative reflection, and human-centered leadership development.
You’ll learn alongside a cross-disciplinary community of executives, founders, researchers, ethicists, psychologists, artists, philosophers, and technologists exploring one central question:
How do we ensure increasingly intelligent systems are guided responsibly by conscious wisdom, discernment, courage, creativity, and deeply human leadership?
Prepare for an experience that challenges, expands, and transforms the way you think about AI — and your role in shaping what comes next. Although the conference will highlight the critical role that women play in shaping the future of AI, the conference is open to all, regardless of sex or gender.
4 Stages.
4 Immersive Experiences.
