Description: With over 20 years as a product tech executive, three successful startup exits, and a PhD focused on women’s leadership and transformational learning, Felicia curates spaces where technical fluency meets inner evolution.Drawing on her work as an energy practitioner and mindfulness-based leader, she integrates evidence-based approaches to human transformation with a deep understanding of consciousness and systemic change. Through the AI-Powered Women Academy and the annual MIT Summit, Felicia unites visionary educators, researchers, and changemakers ahead of their time to ensure women don’t just adapt to the age of AI—they lead it and evolve it with clarity, confidence, and consciousness.

With a background spanning MIT’s Institute Community and Equity Office and international art institutions, she bridges her expertise in data visualization, event production, and community building to turn complex ideas into meaningful engagement—whether on the screen, on the stage, or in the hearts of those she brings together.

Description: Jenna leads product strategy and curriculum design for AI-Powered Women, bringing over 15 years of experience across global brands and EdTech innovation. A 2025 Women in AI Fellow with EdSafe AI and MIT No-Code AI alum, she previously led Discovery Education’s first generative AI product launch and built enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks—merging human-centered design, market insight, and technical precision to shape how people learn, lead, and live with AI.
