A Transformational AI Conference for Women Leaders
AI is transforming everything—our work, our lives, our world. The question is: How will we, as women, shape it?
Welcome to a transformational weekend where artificial intelligence meets ancestral intelligence, and AI mastery meets embodied, human-centered leadership. Designed by women, for women, this two-day immersive summit gathers world-renowned women leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, and change makers united by a shared mission: to lead with emotional intelligence, courage, and responsibility in the age of AI.
This isn’t a passive conference of talking heads. It’s a high-impact, hands-on experience where you’ll gain practical AI skills, earn your Human-Centered AI Leadership Certification, and experiment with cutting-edge tools in guided labs and workshops. You’ll leave up-skilled, expanded, and equipped to apply what you’ve learned with confidence and purpose in your work. And a new awareness that yesterday's soft skills are tomorrow's hard skills.
Rooted in women’s ancient wisdom and lived experience, this summit explores the urgent intersection of emerging technology, regenerative leadership, well-being, and the human spirit. Prepare for an experience that unlocks, awakens, challenges, and propels you forward—economically, mentally, and spiritually—arming you with tangible AI skills, a powerful sisterhood, and a deeper connection to your most embodied, visionary self.

More than a conference. This is a movement.
Our January summit was described by attendees as “one of the most impactful conferences” they’ve ever attended. But this September, we’re taking it to a whole other level. Part strategic AI upskilling, part women’s leadership accelerator, part immersive wellness retreat—this transformational experience prepares women to lead with both the technical fluency and human depth the era of AI requires. At the intersection of technology, humanity, and purpose, we blend hands-on AI training and real-world labs with storytelling, emotional intelligence, ancient women’s wisdom, breathwork, movement, drumming, and art.
This isn’t just a conference. It’s a leadership experience that develops both the hard and soft skills today’s rapidly changing world demands—equipping leaders to drive innovation, lead with empathy, and stay grounded in a time of accelerating change. Expect to leave not just more capable, but more connected, more alive, and more prepared to lead what’s next.
