A people-first community for women shaping Cincinnati’s AI future.

The AI-Powered Women Cincinnati Chapter brings together women leaders, founders, executives, technologists, creatives, and changemakers who want to build practical AI fluency while advancing responsible innovation and human-centered leadership.

Through live gatherings, guided conversations, hands-on learning, and local collaboration, the chapter creates a welcoming space for women at every level of AI experience to build confidence, exchange ideas, and help shape the future of work and technology across Cincinnati.

CINCINNATI CITY CHAPTER LEADER

Kat Kemner

A University of Cincinnati graduate and national champion cheerleader, Kat spent six years at P&G across Brand and HR Technology. During that time, she created AI tools that scaled companywide and led work that increased team belonging.

She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 teams and now serves as the AI Agent Practice Lead at Simplicity Consulting, where she develops human-centered AI tools and training experiences for Microsoft.
