The AI-Powered Women Toronto Chapter brings together women leaders,
founders, executives, technologists, creatives, and changemakers who
want to build practical AI fluency while advancing responsible
innovation and human-centered leadership.
Through live gatherings, guided conversations, hands-on learning, and
local collaboration, the chapter creates a welcoming space for women
at every level of AI experience to build confidence, exchange ideas,
and help shape the future of AI and technology across Toronto.

With nearly 20 years in software development, Yele has built and
scaled engineering teams at some of North America's most impactful
companies, always with people at the center. She leads at the
intersection of technical execution, team culture, and strategic
growth, with a deep belief that psychological safety and diverse
perspectives aren't just good values—they're what makes great
technology possible.
As a Women in Tech and D&I advocate, she brings a pragmatic lens
to the AI moment: not the hype, but how engineering teams and
leaders can actually adopt AI in ways that create real leverage
without losing what makes great teams great. She's bringing
AI-Powered Women to Toronto to build exactly the kind of space
